This low-cost house is intended for a family of four. Located in the Bearnais countryside on top of a ridge and looking out towards the Pyrenees, it picks up on the metallic structure and shell of the agricultural hangars seen in the surrounding area. On the outside, its brown colour and compactness allow it to melt into the landscape, while inside its white shell enhances the space and light. The variety of the surrounding landscape is revealed by the deliberate choice of framing windows.
